How does open play work?
Open play at our café is a full day of fun and learning. Admission is free for adults, children under 1, babies under 6 months, and siblings over 7 (who can enjoy age-appropriate games, but not the play equipment). Everyone must wear socks and complete a waiver—grippy socks are available for $3 if needed. We sanitize between sessions, and kids can enjoy toys or snacks while they wait. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows. Your ticket is good all day, and weekly classes are included with play. Free Wi-Fi is available for grown-ups, and memberships offer even more perks!
How do parties work? What is included?
Host your child’s next celebration in our private facility, where you’ll have the entire space to yourself! A deposit is required to reserve your date, and we recommend booking at least 5 weeks in advance, as spots fill quickly. Customizations are welcome, and you’re welcome to bring alcohol for adult guests. Let us help create a stress-free, memorable party tailored to your needs!
Can i have my child's birthday party during normal business hours at the cafe without going through the booking process?
Please Note: We do not allow parties of any kind during our normal open play hours. While you're welcome to host a birthday play date and bring gifts, we have a strict policy against bringing in outside food or catering, decorations, or rearranging tables to create a party setup.
No cakes or cupcakes are allowed during open play sessions—a $50 cake fee will be charged at entry if you arrive with one.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in being asked to leave. Thank you for respecting our space and policies!
What food and drinks do you have? Are we allowed to bring our own?
We offer allergy-friendly foods, including Morgana’s gluten-free, dairy-free cupcakes and cinnamon rolls. Our café serves coffee, boba, smoothies, and kid-friendly meals like GF/DF chicken nuggets, fries, grilled cheese, and more. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, but all drinks (except water and baby bottles) must be purchased from our café. While we’re not a nut-free facility, please do not bring any food with nuts and wash hands before playing. Cakes and cupcakes are not allowed during open play—a $50 fee will apply if brought in.
How do gift cards, POGO and free passes work?
We gladly accept MY Play Café gift cards, POGO KC passes, and any valid free play passes. Gift cards are also available for purchase and make a great gift for families with little ones! To use a pass or gift card when booking online, simply make a reservation and select the "free" ticket option at checkout—just be sure to bring your pass or card with you to your visit.

We are a shoes-free facility—no shoes allowed anywhere inside.

Socks are required for everyone—adults and children. (Grippy socks are available for $3.)

No food, gum, or drinks inside the play area. No outside drinks allowed in our facility. (Water and formula are okay!)

Adults may bring drinks into the play space if they have a secure lid.

No peanuts or peanut-containing products, please.

The play area is designed for children ages 6 and under.

Older siblings (7+) may not use the equipment but are welcome with a wristband for age-appropriate activities.

The baby area is for children under 18 months only.

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No climbing up the slide—always slide feet-first.

Toys must be used appropriately and shared kindly.
